Coaching is one of the most powerful forms of experiential learning. Experiential learning is the first-hand or hands-on experience of the relevant theory behind the content. Effective coaching is based on a structured and validated approach that will result in tangible results.
Our coaching and mentoring activities are available for individual (as well as group) requirements. We use a facilitated, logical structured method for rapid personal transformation. Our techiques draw on global best practices by leading experts in the field.
The process builds your skills through:
- A variety of assessment tools, including a temperament profiling tool that provides you with information about your communication styles, leadership profile and brain dominance;
- Self-insight and promotion of self-awareness with the purpose to inspire personal action towards cultivation of your potential; and
- Completion of a personal Leadership development portfolio (experiential journals) and practical experiments which maps your development program.
Although we follow the structures of the various programs, each interaction is customized to suit unique requirements and context.
Coaching and mentoring engagements typically last between 6 weeks and no longer than 6 months for those who complete the Trailblazer program.
The work is done in person or on-line using skype, email and web conferencing.
