Trailblazer in Leadership Development
The EPL Way is the brain child of Professor Dawie Smith, professor of Leadership Development including Personal, Interpersonal and Professional Leadership. He developed post-graduate degree programmes in Personal, Interpersonal and Professional Leadership at Honours, Master’s and Doctoral levels at the Rand Afrikaans University, now the University of Johannesburg.
His fields of expertise include, among others, Executive Coaching, Self-Mastery Development and Coaching, Realisation of Potential, Relationship Building, Team Building, Professional Leadership and Maximising Teaching and Learning Effectiveness.
Dawie introduced and influenced the field of leadership in South Africa as well as overseas through introducing a holistic and integrated approach to the theory and practice of leadership development.
He is a sought after speaker and continues to work with global clients such as Goldfields.
