Discovery Workshop

Globally the world has changed and it seems that even the experts do not have all the answers anymore. Technology innovations are changing the game, and our current skills and knowledge seem to become obsolete at a faster pace than we can maintain it. In such as world, we need new skills and navigate unknown paths and continue to be successful, we need to adapt and become resilient as well as value creators in time of need.

Experts are telling leaders to be visionary – but no-one tells them how to develop a vision and even less about how to make it happen. Not only that, we have to be able to see new opportunities and work towards making these happen.  The new world we are in – literally overnight – needs new  skills to adapt and be successful – survival of the most adaptable and resilient as well as value creators in time of need.

The first step is to awaken to the Hero’s Call to the Adventure. The Discovery workshop aims at stimulating conversations about Pathfinding, the qualities of Pathfinders, their skills and how we can tap into our own abilities to tap into our own potential more effectively.

A discovery means a process of finding out, of discovering something.The pathfinder introduction is designed to stimulate the discovery of what it means to be a pioneer and living a life and doing work that makes a difference.

This interactive Pathfinder workshop will give you the context, skills and confident you need to be able to discover new ways of thinking and working, and collaborate with others to make it happen.

The workshop introduces the concept of Pathfinder and why it is important in your organization and also in your personal life. Each participant will gain personal insight into her own potential to develop Pathfinder skills and learn methods to remove obstacles in becoming Pathfinders. You will learn about leading edge knowledge on neuroleadership and practical exercises to start bringing about new habits and teach others similar skills.

  • It stimulates out of the box thinking and inspires participants to become more creative in addressing challenges or developing innovative new strategies.
  • It creates a discussion point to move and maintain conversations towards a positive future and vision. The theme becomes a golden threat for strategic conversations, innovation, personal leadership development and professional enrichment.

The interactive two or four hour presentations to small and large audiences bring about a shift in energy and allows each participant to again connect with their inherit pioneering spirit. It takes the traditional format of motivational workshops into an authentic and original format.

Experiential individual and group facilitated training and coaching:

The Pathfinder Discovery workshop is suitable for small as well as large audiences (with hundreds of delegates). The interactive presentation is offered as either two hour or four hour intervention. It has a strong emphasis on participant involvement and collective insight and learning.

On-line program:

The on-line version of the Discovery program is offered as an introductory module. The module contains explanation of concepts with relevant resource references, as well as a practical assignment. Participants complete the assignment and send it to the miPATH facilitator or coach, who reviews and discusses it it with each participant or a group of participants via a skype or a web conference format. Once this component is completed participants can embark on the new miPATH program.
