miPATH was developed from many years of experience and research about the topic of personal mastery and in particular about purpose, passion and happiness. The practices and structures here are designed to help you find your own Path and then to walk it with confidence.
Our programs can be used for individuals, teams and organizations as well as for personal and professional enrichment. All the formal modules can completed on you own or as part of a group.
The programs are designed to be done either in person or on-line. The process is facilitated through workbooks where you will receive material to complete on your own. The coaching and facilitation process will then be done via skype, email or other on-line forums.
We have an introduction process where you will complete a short questionnaire and brief about what you would like to achieve. You then start with the Pathfinder Discovery program, as it is a short foundation into miPATH. Once you have completed the Discovery program and wish to continue doing further programs, we will interact with you to determine which ones would be most suitable and also achievable based on your time and resources.
We are building a community around miPATH and encourage you to become miPATH trainers and facilitators. Please read the “TeachmiPATH section” on our site to find out more.
miPATH emerged from masters degree research on the practices and knowledge that is scientifically proven to bring about “inner” changes that will improve people’s lives. The structured development format is also based on not only the sound foundations of wisdom traditions that are currently validated by academic research, but also a formal academic qualification in personal and professional leadership development.
