Leadership and in particular the knowledge and practices for leaders to be game changers are becoming more important as the markets and world become increasingly complex. With the shifts in technology and accelerated speed of the business enviroment, executives are realizingn that their challenge to develop the right kind of leaders is increasingly more complex as current theories and models become obsolete fast.
If you are

Then you have to consider teaching our unique miPATH programs that will give you that firm place to stand in order to become more of who and what you can be and also to develop others in this way.
How will you be trained?
You will complete the modules that you would like to train. You can then apply for the facilitator certification.
The certification is based on a competency framework where you will have to demonstrate your own personal understanding of the content of the program which will be assessed through submitting a portfolio of evidence.
Thereafter you will receive ongoing coaching and support while you start training the programs yourself.
Promoting yourself as a miPATH trainer
Once you have successfully completed the facilitator module, you will receive permission to become a miPATH trainer in the program that you have completed.
Becoming a Trailblazer
The Trailblazer programs comprise of the completion of the Pathfinder programs, as well as the Strengthsbuilder courses and the facilitator program. It is our vision that all Trailblazers eventually complete the Vision Quest as this will take their practice and insight to the next level.
