Group Workshops

We offer structured, experiential workshops for small groups as well as large audiences.

Workshops are practical and experiential. We make sure you get impact and learn while you create your own solutions.

We use visual tools and multimedia, as well as personal assessment and profiling. Group work is supportive,  non-confrontational and personal work is kept confidential. Participants are not forced to share any personal insights or information.

Workshops are designed to address unique temperaments, learning styles and accommodates people who have been profiled as “Highly Sensitive Person”. We apply techniques such as Deep Democracy to make sure minority voices are heard.

The process is a gentle strucutre that allows participants to gain their own insights and motivate them to implement these in their own lives.

Material is presented in bite size formats to improve integration and learning. Participants receive workbooks where they record the process and can continue the work beyond the workshop.

Pathfinder Leadership

  • Discovery workshop (2 to 4 hours)
  • Stopping and Seeing Training (5 modules of 4 hours each)
  • Explorer: The Nine Gates Journey (10 modules of 4 hours each)

Strengthsbuilder Leadership programs

  • Strengthsbuilder Personal Leadership
  • Martial Dance (one to two hour physical exercise and breathing program)
  • Strong Food – The Rainbow Diet  (half day course focusing on cultivating and maintaining healthy eating habits)
  • Financial Strengthsbuilder (half day to full day programs to build financial resilience and wealth)
  • Wellness and happiness, the Strengthsbuilder way (two to three day workshops focusing on building a quality life)
  • Mindfulness training
  • Inspired Voices Circles- Two to four hour interactive workshops for groups.
